Day one was a guided tour of the city. Our driver and tour guide were so knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took us to every monument we wanted to see. Our guide personally toured us around fort Jesus and talked to us about the history (we saw many guides from other companies sitting and waiting for their guest) Day 2 we did a day safari to Tsavo east. Our driver was phenomenal and exceeded every expectation. He went out of his way to try and show us animals we hadn’t seen yet on our tour. Again he was so honest and knowledgeable. Our honeymoon safari began with a fly-in journey to Masai Mara followed by a flight to the coast, and from the very start, everything felt smooth, well organized, and effortless. From check-in to landing in the Mara, the process was seamless, and the flight itself offered stunning views before arriving right in the middle of the reserve. We were warmly welcomed at the airstrip by our guide Humphrey, who made us feel comfortable immediately. Within minutes, we were already on our first game drive, spotting giraffes and zebras. Over the next few days, he ensured every drive was well paced and rewarding, helping us see lions, elephants, and even a cheetah, while sharing insightful and engaging information along the way. The flow of the safari was excellent early morning drives, relaxing time at the lodge, and peaceful evenings overlooking the plains. A thoughtful room surprise arranged for us at the lodge added a special touch and made the experience feel even more memorable What truly stood out was how effortlessly everything came together. The Annest Kenya Safaris team handled all the details perfectly behind the scenes, allowing us to fully enjoy each moment. We booked through Annest Kenya Safaris and had an excellent safari. Our guide Jared was professional and very friendly. We were lucky to see rhinos, buffalo, and a group of giraffes grazing in open fields. He knew the park very well and positioned us perfectly for great photos. It was an incredible experience and a perfect trip for our family. Everything was well organized by James, our contact person, who made the planning process smooth and stress-free. The itinerary was well balanced, giving us plenty of time for game drives while still allowing time to relax. Our guide, Humphrey, was excellent—very knowledgeable, patient, and great with the whole family. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged, and his skill in spotting wildlife made every game drive exciting. Thanks to him, we saw a wide range of animals, including elephants in Amboseli with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background, rhinos at Lake Nakuru, and an abundance of wildlife in the Masai Mara such as lions, giraffes, zebras, and more. Each destination had its own unique beauty, and the changing landscapes made the journey even more special. The accommodations were comfortable and family-friendly, and the food was fresh and enjoyable throughout. Overall, this was a fantastic family adventure and great value for money. Our fly-in safari to Masai Mara was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable travel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in at Wilson Airport, everything felt perfectly organized and stress-free. The flight itself was scenic and comfortable, offering beautiful aerial views of the Great Rift Valley before descending into the Mara. We were warmly welcomed at the airstrip by our guide Peter Timan, who was exceptional throughout the trip,very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly experienced. What impressed us most was how seamless everything felt; within minutes of landing, we had already started our game drive without any delays. Almost immediately, we began spotting wildlife,zebras, giraffes, and even elephants grazing nearby,which made the transition from flight to safari feel incredibly exciting. Peter ensured we had the best views and took time to explain animal behavior, making each sighting more meaningful. At one point, we realized how effortless the entire journey had been we hadn’t worried about logistics at all. Everything flowed naturally, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. We booked a 7-day safari with Annest Kenya Safaris covering Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara, and the experience was unforgettable from start to finish. Our guide Humprey was incredibly knowledgeable and made every game drive feel like a discovery. In Amboseli, we had clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro early in the morning, with elephants moving slowly across the plains—something we’ll never forget. One thing that stood out was how smoothly everything flowed, even when we slightly misread the packing list and ended up with way too many warm layers for the midday sun. The lodges were comfortable, and the transitions between parks were well coordinated. The whole trip was very well organized and the itinerary was excellent - we visited Amboseli National Park, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara, which gave us a great variety of landscapes and wildlife. Our guide and driver Humphrey was professional and very skilled, with a great eye for spotting animals. After the rain the parks were very muddy and some vehicles got stuck, but he handled the conditions calmly and drove us through without problems. Overall we felt safe and very well taken care of. Excellent, Well-Organized Safari – February 2026 We were looking for a safari that would start upon our arrival at Nairobi Airport and finish on the coast in Watamu. After searching online, we found Annest Kenya safaris, which offered a perfect three-day (two-night) package visiting Amboseli and Taita Hills (Tsavo West). From start to finish, everything was smoothly and professionally arranged. At our request, the company provided a guide with strong bird identification skills, and Joseph exceeded our expectations. He was an outstanding guide who made the entire experience both informative and enjoyable. Amboseli was especially rich in wildlife, with large herds of elephants, zebras, antelopes, gazelles, and wildebeest—many accompanied by their young. We were also fortunate to see predators, including a cheetah with three cubs, as well as a wide variety of beautiful bird species. We chose the luxury package and stayed at Amboseli Serena Lodge and Salt Lick Lodge in Taita Hills. Both accommodations were excellent and truly first-class. Annest Kenya safaris also offers mid-range and budget options, making their safaris accessible to different travel styles and budgets. Nous sommes profondément déçus par notre expérience avec cet organisme de safari au Kenya. Sur le papier, les photos et publications Instagram donnaient l’impression d’un safari magique. Nous avons choisi ce prestataire pour éviter un grand tour opérateur classique et avons payé plus cher pour un programme de deux jours formalisé. Or, le safari s’est transformé en une seule journée effective, et nous avons perdu environ cinq heures de safari. Ces heures sont cruciales, car elles représentent le temps de recherche et de déplacement pour observer les animaux sauvages, et elles ne sont pas remplaçables. Malgré cette erreur, l’organisme n’a pas reconnu sa faute. Le deuxième jour, nous sommes partis de Tsavo East à 9h30, ratant le moment clé où les félins sont actifs le matin, et la seule compensation proposée a été le remboursement des deux repas du midi, ce qui est clairement insuffisant. Pour nous, le safari ne correspondait pas aux attentes créées par leurs publications et avis. Nous ne pouvons pas recommander cet organisme.Posted on Google
