For All Annest Kenya Safari Tours:
Upon safari tour booking confirmation, a deposit of your total quote price will be required as follows . The balance is payable prior to or at the start of your safari.
Payment terms for safari bookings:
- No deposit required for one day safari / tours.
- 20% deposit per person for 2-3 day safari / tours
- 30% deposit per person for 4-6 day safari / tours
- 40% deposit per person for 7-12 day safari tours.
- 50% deposit per person for combined Kenya & Tanzania safaris
- Full safari tour / excursion payment is required for last minute bookings within 5 to 1 Day of safari / tour start.
Payment terms for safari bookings:
- Credit/Debit Card– You can pay online or locally at our office. There are no additional charges. Visa/Mastercard/Amex accepted.
Please Note: Our company bank accounts are located in Nairobi Kenya only. Annest Kenya Safaris does not operate bank accounts in any City or Country outside Kenya.
Refund Policy for Safari Bookings:
Safari / Tour deposits will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels and administrative costs as indicated on table below:

Safari Cost Inclusions:
Included in the cost of your safari are the following expenses:
- Cost of 4×4 Jeep safari vehicle hire
- Driver/guide as per itinerary,
- Meals while on safari
- Accommodation at safari lodges / tented camps or hotels
- Entrance fees to national parks
- Game reserves.
Safari transport:
Safari Touring vehicles are pop-up top 4×4 Land Cruiser Jeeps which will be provided depending on the tour program/itinerary and number of tour participants. The company reserves the right to employ the services of the same standard sub-contractors.
We also have customized safari Van which are discounted from the 4*4 Jeep
English, German, French, Italian & Spanish– speaking driver guides are provided upon request.
Safari accommodations costs:
Are based on two persons sharing a twin room/tent. Single rooms are provided at an additional cost (single room supplement).
Each hotel/lodge/tented camp listed is specific to one of the various levels of amenity categories offered and will be indicated as such (economy, comfort, luxury).
Yoursafari accommodation will be confirmed to you in advance.
Alteration to tours:
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate.
The company also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.
Prices are based on tariffs and other operational costs prevailing at the time of publication.
Liability:
The company and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport, etc., and will not be liable for injury, delays, loss, or damage in any manner.
The company’s liability to passengers carried in its vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the actions arise.
The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services.
The company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages to luggage.
Issues/Complaints on Safari::
Any complaints that may arise during safari travel should be communicated immediately to your tour manager (in writing via email/whatsapp) for on-site attention, verification, and immediate address.
A summary of the complaints (in case not addressed on-site) should be communicated to the company in writing within 30 days of completion of the safari tour for necessary action.
The complaints/issues raised will be investigated and addressed within 30 days of a formal complaint.
